Standard Stock Lot Return Rules:
- No Change of Mind: Returns or refunds are generally not accepted if you simply dislike the mix, style, color, or sizes, or if items require minor steaming or sorting.
- Strict Time Limits: If an exception is made for exchanges or store credit, claims must usually be filed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Defective Items: Major manufacturing defects or wrongly shipped items may qualify for an exchange or store credit, but rarely a cash refund.
- Shipping Costs: The buyer almost always pays the return courier charges for any approved claims.
